1. Global Dispatch Hubs

To optimize costs and speed, orders are dispatched from our three strategic hubs:

• Singapore Hub: Primary for urgent air freight and global consolidation.
• China (Shanghai/Ningbo) Hub: Primary for bulk sea freight (LCL/FCL).
• Malaysia Hub: Secondary regional support.

2. Freight Calculation

Shipping costs are not calculated automatically at checkout. Because bearings are heavy industrial goods, our logistics team calculates freight manually after you submit an inquiry to ensure the most competitive rate.

3. Incoterms & Duties

Our standard terms are EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP.

Customs Duties: Unless specifically agreed in writing (e.g., DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

4. Delivery Timelines

Processing: 24–48 hours for in-stock items.

Transit: 3–7 days for Express; 20–40 days for Sea Freight.

5. Document Provision

Upon dispatch, we provide the following digital documents via the user dashboard:

• Commercial Invoice (CI)
• Packing List (PL)
• Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB)
