2. B2B Nature & Pricing Disclaimer

Reference Prices: All prices displayed on this website are Estimated Reference Prices only. They do not constitute a binding offer.

Market Fluctuation: Bearing prices fluctuate based on raw material costs and exchange rates.

Binding Quote: A contract is only formed when you receive an official Proforma Invoice (PI) from our sales team and make the payment.

3. Inquiry & Order Process

Step 1: Inquiry/BOM Submission.

Step 2: Freight & Final Price Calculation by us.

Step 3: Payment via T/T or PayPal based on the PI.

Step 4: Dispatch and document provision.

4. Payment & Receipts

For Bank Transfers (T/T), users are required to upload a digital copy of the transfer receipt (Swift Copy) to the dashboard to lock inventory.

Orders will only be processed once funds are cleared in our Singapore corporate account.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
