1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your shipment to request a return. After this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following criteria:
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact condition that you received them.
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Bearings must remain in their original factory-sealed plastic wrap or oil paper. Once the inner protective seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to the risk of contamination and oxidation.
- Documentation: A receipt, proof of purchase, or original invoice is required.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any products, you must contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return shipping container.
4. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
The responsibility for return shipping costs is based on the following:
- Seller’s Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective part, or damaged during transit), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to a buyer’s error (e.g., ordered the wrong model, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
5. Restocking Fee
Please note that for returns resulting from buyer error, a 15% - 20% restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs of technical inspection, precision cleaning, and repackaging to ensure the items meet our quality standards for resale.
6. Inspection and Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized bearings or special-order items (Non-standard sizes/materials).
- Items showing any signs of installation, lubrication, or mechanical damage.
- Items missing original factory-provided documentation or certificates.
