This series of bearings are core supporting components for automotive turbochargers, designed as high-speed, high-temperature precision bearing cartridges. They fit passenger cars, commercial vehicles and performance modified turbochargers, suitable for original equipment matching and aftermarket replacement. Optimized for extreme high speed, continuous high temperature and heavy load conditions, they deliver stable operation, longer service life and faster throttle response.

Product Application

Specially developed for turbocharger rotor systems, undertaking radial and axial load support under ultra-high speed operation. Directly affects turbo response, oil consumption, running noise and overall service life.

Applicable scenarios:

  • 1.0T–3.0L gasoline turbo engines

  • 2.0L–6.7L diesel turbo engines

  • OEM turbo repair and replacement

  • Performance turbo upgrade and modification

Compatible with single ball, double ball, floating and semi-floating turbo structures, adapting to standard engine oil lubrication conditions.

  • High-speed cage designCustom cage structure ensures stable ball guidance under 150,000–250,000 RPM. Avoids deformation and vibration, keeps consistent oil circulation and prevents dry friction.

  • Custom internal clearanceOptimized internal clearance for turbo working conditions. Balances cold start and hot running status, preventing seizure, abnormal vibration and oil leakage.

  • Lubrication & contamination resistanceOptimized internal oil channel for stable oil film lubrication. Dust and dirt resistant structure reduces impurity ingress and extends service life.

Installation Notes

  • Use clean turbo-grade engine oil and ensure unobstructed oil passage

  • Keep rotor dynamic balance during installation to avoid run-out and noise

  • Suitable for OEM, aftermarket and modified turbo cartridge assembly

  • Recommend replacing in pairs to ensure coaxial accuracy
