Rollon Linear Motion Solutions for Machine Tool Industry

1. Compact Rail Self-Aligning Roller Guide (General Basic Model for Machine Tools)
 

As a self-aligning guide rail with strong fault tolerance on the market, this series is mainly used for light-duty motion scenarios such as machine tool protective doors, auxiliary axes and light feed axes. It adopts cold-drawn carbon steel profiles with induction hardened and precision ground raceways, matched with high-precision hardened steel ball bearing sliders, which makes the overall structure solid and durable. The biggest advantage of this product is its great installation adaptability. The combined structure of T/U/K type rails can compensate for parallelism error up to 3.9mm and angle deviation of ±2.6 degrees. It can be directly installed on unprocessed machine tool surfaces, which greatly simplifies the assembly process and reduces the processing and assembly cost of machine tools. Besides, it is equipped with C-shaped profile built-in raceways, multi-layer seals and scraper protection structures, which can effectively block cutting dust, coolant and other pollutants, suitable for the dirty and complex processing environment of machine tools. The slow-release felt lubrication system can automatically supply oil continuously, greatly extending the maintenance cycle of the equipment. The product has multiple size specifications including 18/28/35/43/63, the maximum radial load of a single slider is 10800N, the maximum running speed can reach 7m/s, and the working temperature ranges from -20℃ to 120℃. It can be spliced to achieve a stroke of more than 3600mm. In addition, it supports adjustable slider preload, and can provide galvanized, nickel-plated and other anti-corrosion surface treatments to adapt to various corrosive machine tool working environments.

2. MG Rail Heavy-Duty Recirculating Roller Guide (Main Model for High-Precision Spindle/Feed Axis)
 

Belonging to Rollon’s Rosa Sistemi brand, this product is the core matching guide rail for heavy-duty cutting machine tools, gantry machine tools and high-precision machining centers. It adopts a cylindrical roller recirculating structure, combined with FEM optimized raceway geometry and logarithmic profile roller design, which owns ultra-high rigidity and strong load capacity, perfectly fitting the heavy-load precision processing working conditions of machine tools. It is fitted with hardened precision ground raceways and an innovative one-way valve lubrication system, which can supply oil evenly no matter what installation angle the equipment is. The micro-lubrication technology greatly extends the service life of the product. The streamlined recirculation structure reduces motion pulsation effectively and improves the smoothness of machine tool feed movement. For protection, it adopts horizontal and vertical double-layer sealing structure with fastening hole protective strips, which can completely prevent the invasion of chips and coolant, maintaining the high processing precision of machine tools for a long time. The product covers many mainstream sizes of 25/35/45/55/65, with optional multi-stage preload. It has excellent positioning accuracy and strong resistance to cutting impact deformation. It is widely used in X/Y/Z main feed axes and spindle moving mechanisms of machine tools, fully meeting the strict rigidity and precision requirements of precision milling, boring, grinding and other processing technologies.

3. YZ‑PAR+PAS Heavy-Duty YZ Gantry Actuator System (Exclusive for Large Gantry Machine Tools)

This is an integrated YZ dual-axis module specially designed for large gantry machining centers and heavy-duty machine tools. It uses helical gear and rack drive, and the fuselage is made of extruded anodized aluminum profile, which balances lightweight structure and ultra-high rigidity, very suitable for the long-stroke and heavy-load working conditions of large heavy-duty machine tools. Adopting modular linear unit combination design, it supports independent multi-axis customization of Z-axis, and the maximum load of single axis can reach 800kg. Meanwhile, it integrates cable chain, automatic lubrication, vertical braking, fall prevention safety devices. The integrated design greatly simplifies the assembly process of machine tool shaft system. The stroke can be fully customized according to customers’ equipment needs, and professional mechanical calculation reports can be provided to ensure the structural stability of ultra-long stroke heavy-duty machine tools. The product has ultra-high rigidity and excellent dynamic response performance, it can adapt to the high-frequency reciprocating feed movement of machine tools, effectively shorten the equipment processing cycle and improve production efficiency. Matched with the Prime series small lead screws, it can be targeted applied to medium and low speed ultra-high precision processing scenarios such as grinding machines and EDM machines, covering all precision working conditions of machine tools. It supports multi-dimensional customization of lead, precision grade, preload structure and installation length, and can perfectly match with MG Rail high-precision guide rails, providing one-stop matching solution of guide rail and screw for machine tools, ensuring the integrity and stability of equipment transmission and movement.

6. Auxiliary Supporting Products (Telescopic Slides + Rod End Bearings)

Telescopic slides are mainly used for opening and closing mechanisms such as machine tool protective doors and equipment maintenance covers. It adopts heavy-duty full extension design, with stable structure and smooth opening and closing, adapting to the high-frequency opening and closing needs of machine tools. Rod end bearings are mostly used for machine tool connecting rods and adjusting transmission mechanisms, which can effectively guarantee the movement flexibility of equipment, buffer operation vibration, and improve the overall structural stability and transmission accuracy of machine tools.
