Select FYH Bearings According to Shaft Diameter and Load

FYH bearings are divided into four load-bearing series covering full working conditions from ultra-light to heavy-duty. The shaft diameter marking rule is unified: No.01 = 12mm bore, No.02 = 15mm bore, and all numbers above No.04 multiplied by 5 equal the corresponding inner diameter. Inch-sized variants are also available for retrofitting imported machinery.

General conveyors and standard transmission equipment adopt 2 Series UC bearings. Mining and heavy rollers shall use 3 Series. Mini lightweight machinery chooses 0 Series SU bearings. During selection, calculate the continuous radial and axial loads of equipment; sufficient load safety margin shall be reserved for machinery with vibration and shock.
